Most VAs wait to be told what to do. I notice what needs to be done before anyone asks. I've been working remotely since 2011 and supporting e-commerce stores since 2019. In that time I've managed product catalogs, coordinated suppliers, handled customer service, and run daily store operations. But the thing clients have valued most wasn't any specific skill.
