When I was a youngster, I like video editing and a little bit of picture editing; it was a self-thought, and it was quite rusty, but I still edit when I have the time. If I feel comfortable enough, I would use this to display my talent. Then I tend to collect books, and I am currently interested in collecting ergodic literature books. I may wish to read it in the future. I enjoy watching movies as well, though my preferences vary. There are moments when I enjoy watching science fiction, but recently I prefer Korean drama videos. I have passion from writing as well, I like to write stories, may it be one-shots or short novel. I usually post my story together with my video editing and it results good feedback from my readers. *(I use pseudonym accounts). For my lifestyle I think I can define myself as workaholic type of person, people tend to say that my life revolves around my work, but it doesn't mean I don't have work-life balance. I still have good relationship with other people, for physical health I am actually planning to go back on track as I am kind well-upholstered person right now but I am working on it! For my previous work experiences, My first experience was technical support for 3 months, all I can say is this is my first job and it really honed me a lot, unfortunately, it was only for a seasonal position that made me get transferred to another line of business, which cold calling experience for collection specialists, we are the ones who confirm the name of the customer and once it is verified, we transfer them to the collection specialist agents, although it is only for two months I And it is for my first startup, iQor. Then, in the second firm (where I am today), I had the opportunity to receive calls and assist professionals such as social workers and doctors and nurses for the first 5 months, I assisted the provider in checking the status of the patient's eligibility and benefit, claims status, and their appeals request. Due to a seasonal position, I was transferred to Medicare authorization intake, where I take calls to check the status of the authorization, appeals, and finally create authorization. Around September 2022, I was promoted to seasonal real-time analyst, where I assisted workforce management in sending reports, monitoring service levels/KPIs, agent attendance, and adherence, and serving as the client's point of contact with operational managers. Then I got sent back to Medicare authorization intake's line of business when my real time analyst contract ended. So far that is my experience.
