Hi, I am Racquel Rafallo. I live in the Philippines with my husband and 3 kids. During my free time, I binge-watch my favorite TV shows about fighting crime and the supernatural. We also enjoy traveling and spending precious time together, whether it's at the beach or at a nice restaurant. I have 13 years of experience in the call center industry and 6 years as a virtual assistant. I have a track record of supporting clients from the U.S. (who were in the shipping & logistics, transportation, and recruitment industries. My Australian client was in the advertising industry, and my U.K. client was in the real estate industry. I’ve handled recruitment (which includes managing onboarding and offboarding, conducting phone interviews, and job orientations, and I also manage the 401 (k) documents and Tax Forms for the new hires. I process payroll and conduct payroll reconciliation every month, as well as bank & credit card reconciliation, and prepare the financial reports. I also manage the hiring ads on my client's social media accounts. My other tasks were to research private owners who sell properties based on my client's preference and to schedule my client for viewing. I’m highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in tools like Salesforce, Xero, QuickBooks, BambooHR, Excel, Slack, Microsoft Teams, PropertyData, Nimbus, Propalt, Zoopla, Rightmove, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Workspace. I work well independently, but I’m also a true team player who enjoys sharing best practices and contributing to shared goals. I’m passionate about helping businesses run smoothly and efficiently.
