Card Operations Associate
• Analyzes Cardholder Account Profiles as basis for making decisions on card transaction request. • Exercise decisions in voice authorizations of cardholder’s transaction based on set limits, call referral response on POS, fraud scenarios, and system unavailability. • Conducts positive identification of Cardholders, and evaluates whether identity is valid in situation where high fraud risk is involved, and take appropriate action when confronted with fraud scenarios. • Assist merchants in POS Terminal concerns and receives terminal servicing requests. • Manually approved transaction for merchant who don’t have POS terminals. • Answering Credit Card and Merchant related email queries. • Processing Returned Check request. • Support Card Fraud Team on Card Blocking, Monitoring international usage and other suspicious activities. • Maintenance of Cardholders’ Credit Limit. • System Activity Tester. • Mail Order Telephone Order (MOTO) processor • Card PIN reset processor • Process Cancellation request for invalid Credit Card transactions • Other functions related to Card Operations and Merchant Services • Shifting schedule
