Hello! Hope you are having a good day! I am Merijoy, 30 years old and a resident of Surigao del Sur Philippines. I have been in the customer service industry for more than 9 years and have worked with two (2) major companies - telecommunication and healthcare. In both, I have contributed to the development and growth by providing quality service to clients and being an integral part of the workforce. I have experience in handling calls (inbound and cold calling), chat and I excel most in my written communication. I used to work on reports and handouts for the team. Workwise, I would like to fully understand the process by training than learning by experience and forsake the quality of service I provide. I strive to be the best person that my client has ever communicated with. Currently, I am only available to work maximum of 30 hours a week with an hourly rate of $7.
