I've been in the Sales industry for 6 years now. I use different kinds of CRM such as Forth, Quick Base, Relintex, and Clarify. I use different kinds of tools as well to monitor my work. Such as Workfolio, Hubstaff, Homebase and Time Doctor. For emails, we use GoDaddy and Gmail. In my previous job at Sunnyside Debt Solutions, I handled the Admin task, which is the back-end job, but since I have 6 years of experience in sales, they gave me additional tasks. I handle cancelled clients. My job is to follow up with them through calls, email and text. I need to ask the reason why they cancelled the program and explain to them how the program works and the benefits of having it. I need to convince them to re-enroll again. Once they agree, I will need to gather customer information, then create a contract and process the application. Once it’s done, I will need to wait for the verifier’s email if the application has been successful. I was able to sell shares in Stocks, Debt Settlement plans, word phone numbers for Business Owners like 1-800 Cleaners or 1-800 Plumbers. I also sold Credit cards and Insurance for the card.
