     Determines problem or reason for calling.  Resolves Western Union product and service problems and complaints via phone.  Helps process of sending money transfers through agent location (Money Tranfer by Phone), over the phone (Telephone Money Transfer), and online (Web Money Transfer) for customers; assists customers in receiving money through agent location or their prepaid cards.  Files offline/web forms for complex issues concerning prepaid cards, non-payment claim transactions, refunds, cancellations, direct to bank transactions, mobile money transfers, MyWu redemptions and point adjustments, transaction histories, and other related concerns.  Troubleshoots online technical errors and issues in websites ([hidden] and [hidden]) customers are experiencing.  Expedites corrections or adjustments; follows up to ensure resolution.  Suggests solutions and compensates inconvenience when a product malfunctions like declined transactions, faulty service and agent and online errors.  Files, documents, and records and asks analytical questions for fraud reports and compliance issues and provides legal disclaimers and guidance as appropriate.  Validates transactions for security; completes validation through tools utilization  Handles changes in product, scripts, policies or renewals.  Acts as a multi-skilled Western Union Agent.
