I did manual and listing using applications. I also did item research using CHILI Hunter. I was trained to do order fulfillment. I used to source items from Walmart, Home Depot, Amazon and Bed Bath & Beyond. Order fulfillment for my previous employers is done manually. I am also able to do customer service whenever needed. I processed the customer's returns and refund. I am the one who sends customers their shipping labels, tracking the items to be returned and processing their PayPal refund. Also included in my customer service task was answering customer's inquiries about product information, tracking order status and other questions from customers.
