Profile Summary

Executive VA | Operations Manager

Operations and administrative professional with experience in executive support, financial operations, customer service, and institutional policy research. I have managed multi-million-naira revenue tracking for a creative agency, coordinated executive-level logistics and high-profile client relationships, delivered virtual assistance and customer support to remote, cross-border clients, and contributed to national gender and inclusivity policy research. My written and spoken English is strong, my judgment holds up under pressure, and I have a consistent habit of turning operational chaos into clear, repeatable systems. Seeking a role, remote or in Abuja, where structure, discretion, and genuine attentiveness to the people I support actually matter.
