In my previous role, I was responsible for monitoring patient admissions, processing and submitting Notices of Admission (NOAs) and final claims, and ensuring all documentation was accurate and submitted on time. I also maintained daily claim records and ensured that NOAs were finalized before billing the corresponding final claims. I also monitored agencies payments by tracking claims that had been paid by Medicare as well as those that were still pending. I prepared daily, monthly, and annual payment reports to help clients monitor their revenue and claim status. I also managed rejected, denied, and ADR (Additional Documentation Request) claims by identifying the issues, coordinating the necessary corrections, and ensuring they were resubmitted promptly for reimbursement. I’m also familiar with CPT codes, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding systems. Also, I am highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Excel. I am also a fast learner and adaptable, especially when working with new systems or processes. I can offer the clients excellent customer service by listening to their needs, providing accurate information, and responding professionally.
