Adaptable and results-driven professional with a background in Human Resources as an HR Staff. My role revolved mainly around Employee Relations where I handled the Manpower monitoring and reporting. This includes the issuance and management of legal documents such as contracts and quitclaims. Although most of my tasks falls under Employee Relations, as a Generalist, I still had experience in other HR facets from the recruitment process until offboarding of departing employees. I handled a part of the recruitment process where I checked and validated the requirements of applicants endorsed by the project engineers in different project sites/locations. I was also tasked with the payroll processing. There were about 20-30 project sites and around 600 employees assigned to me. Lastly, I was also tasked with the offboarding process of departing employees from clearance processing until the releasing of their last pay.
