How I can support your practice • Patient Intake & Onboarding — collecting and organizing patient information and ensuring forms are completed. • Scheduling & Coordination — managing appointments, reminders, telehealth coordination, and patient follow-ups. • Insurance Verification — checking eligibility and benefits to help prevent unexpected coverage issues. • EHR/EMR Support — maintaining accurate patient information and completing administrative data entry. • Patient Communication — responding to routine inquiries and keeping patients informed throughout the process. • Administrative Follow-Up — helping ensure important tasks don’t get missed or left until the last minute. My goal is simple: To reduce your administrative workload so you can spend more time doing what you do best; caring for your patients and growing your practice. As a Registered Nurse with experience in clinical care and medical virtual assistance, I understand both sides of the patient journey, the clinical environment and the administrative work that supports it. I’m HIPAA-trained and experienced with healthcare workflows and systems including Athenahealth and Epic.
