Hello, My name is Ma. Lianne Barnedo, and I am college undergaduate, I finished 2nd year college and took Bachelor of Agri Eco-Tourism Management at Central Bicol State University of Agriculture. I have 2 years experience working in a BPO company which is Sutherland Global Services. I handled 3 different accounts; first I was working as a technical support with Quicken software. My task was to made sure I resolved customers issue and provide examplary service. I had different tasks here, if customer would like to purchase, I can process an order on my end or customer requested a refund, also if customers wanted to update billing information. I was a team player here and a top agent here. My second account was Florists' Transworld Delivery, my task here was to take phone calls (Inbound), all customers wanted to purchase different kind of flowers and different arrangement. I processed an order online and made sure that I had the correct information of the customers, also if customers have some request like ad ons; chocolate or balloon, making sure to grant customer's request. So, my last account was MacAfee, I was with Retention account. Getting bunch of phone call (Inbound) and customers requested a refund, so my task here was to persuade customer. I can process a refund, however I had to ask questions to provide other subscription of the MacAfee service that suits to their needs or budget. Honestly, I have s2 years gap that I did not work cause I am a single mother. This year I've decided to work cause my son and I have a good routine and well adjusted. I started to work as a freelance Appointment Setting, was campaigning HVAC in the US, I worked for a month there cause the management was not solid. However, I got a job right away as a Lead Generation with Australian Client, I searched for customers anywhere online and call them using a dialer. I looked for a prospect client that has an interested with our campaign. We had quota every week and gladly I was able to hit quota. I am aware that there are bunch of applicants applying but honestly, I possess all the skills and experience that you’re looking for. I’m pretty confident that I am the best candidate for this job role. It’s not just my background in the past projects, but also my people skills, which will be applicable in this position. On the other hand, I am a self motivated person and I try to exceed my superior’s expectations with high-quality work. Being a fast learner, I quickly pick up business knowledge related to my project. Lastly, I would like to add that I work well both as an individual contributor and also as a team member.
