Handled daily, weekly and monthly task for the project. Managed and presented yearly audit activities for the project. Collaborated with onshore and offshore teams to complete support task or resolve issue within the project. Selected as one of the QA champs to perform monthly report for the Onshore Team together with the selected team. Used Different tools like Elexon Portal, ServiceNow, Remedy, Salesforce, Global protect-Remote Desktop, Winscp, PL/SQL Developer, Oracle Forms, Unix, DCP Portal, New SAA Portal, ASOP/JIRA.
