Property Management Assistant- Short Term Rentals

I help short-term rental owners run their properties without having to do it all themselves. Right now I manage Global House Apartments, a multi-unit portfolio, where I handle everything guest-facing , messages, reservations, check-in and check-out plus the coordination behind the scenes: scheduling cleaning and maintenance, keeping the calendar accurate, and making sure nothing gets missed between one guest leaving and the next one arriving. On the numbers side, I built a full record keeping system in Google Sheets booking records, income and expenses, cash on hand and I put together monthly reports so owners always know exactly where things stand. I also understand how Airbnb’s fee structure works well enough to set the right listed price for whatever an owner wants to net. Before property management, I worked in administration coordinating buyers, stock, and payments for a food-sourcing company, and I’ve run my own online fashion business for years, sourcing goods here in Cameroon and delivering to customers across the UK, USA, Canada, Germany, Dubai, and other countries. Both taught me the same thing: answer fast, follow through, and don’t make people wait. Day to day I work with Airbnb, B[hidden], and Google Workspace, and I’ve trained hands-on in Hospitable, Guesty, and PriceLabs. I pick up new tools quickly, so whatever system a client runs on, i will be up to speed fast
