Hi, I’m Jarm, a detail-oriented and adaptable professional passionate about helping business owners streamline operations and strengthen their online presence. With years of experience in administrative support, sales coordination, and client communication, I’ve handled tasks such as social media, email management, bookkeeping, and lead generation — allowing business owners to focus on what matters most: growth. My career started in 2015 as an Inventory Encoder, followed by a role in the car industry from 2017–2021 as a Bank & Insurance Coordinator, where I was later promoted to Sales Administrator. I also supported small business owners as a Personal Assistant, managing day-to-day operations efficiently. Recently, I’ve worked online in lead generation for a financial business and basic bookkeeping for a real estate rental company using Stessa software. These roles helped me strengthen my organizational and analytical skills while adapting to remote workflows.. To expand my expertise, I completed courses in Basic Property Management, attended VA workshops, and joined real estate webinars. Over time, I became very interested in how businesses connect with people online, which led me to take a Social Media Management course. Through that, I learned how strategy, creativity, and consistency drive brand growth.
