I am working with Real Estate investors since 2018. Most of my works is running Cold Calling campaign, Skip Tracing, Property Research, Seller Lead Management, Cash buyer list build up, E-mail, and SMS marketing. I am available from Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 8 pm EST time. I am using a very quiet place to work and have a very fast broadband internet connection with noise-canceling headphones. I have a 24-hour electricity connection with the backup system. For Property Lead generation, I am working on Propstream and Realflow to Search Lead like Absentee owners property, Vacant property, the preforeclosure property, FSBO, Cash buyer, and all others. Based on your preference I can run any type of property research from any zip code. For Skip tracing, I have 2 ways to do skip tracing, 1 Batch skip tracing. 2. Manual skiptracing from BeenVerified, TLo white people search Etc. I can provide the most recent used phone number and E-mail address of sellers. For Cold Calling, I know almost all types of calling or dialer tools like Mojo, Calltools, Xenncall, also I have a personal auto dialer if you want me to work with it to save your spending. A call recording and report will be provided as per request. For Lead Management, I can use Podio for seller lead follow up and task management. I can run comps, Research Mortgage and Loan, and upload them to Podio for you to run a number for that property. Once you run a number I can send the contract to the seller via E-mail or E-Fax. For Cash buyer Lead Generation, Again I Will use Propstream and RealFlow to get a big list of cash buyers, Skip tracer their personal numbers, Call them, and see if they would like to add themselves to our cash buyer list. Using Mailchimp I can run an e-mail campaign.
