Professional Experience Throughout my professional experience, I have had the opportunity to work in different areas, especially sales, customer service, purchasing, technology, and digital marketing. These experiences helped me develop my communication skills, learn how to understand customers’ needs, and become more confident when negotiating and presenting products and services. One of my first professional experiences was at a company that is considered one of the largest companies in the optical industry. I worked as a Purchasing and Sales Assistant, where I supported the purchasing department and assisted sales representatives during negotiations. My responsibilities included helping with commercial activities, communicating with suppliers and customers, organizing information, and providing support to the sales team. This experience taught me how important organization, communication, and teamwork are in a professional environment. I also gained experience in digital marketing and online sales, where my main objective was to attract potential customers and convert them into leads and sales opportunities. I worked with customer acquisition strategies and learned more about how digital tools can be used to reach new customers and generate business. After that, I worked as a Technology Sales Consultant, where I focused on consultative sales. My role was not only to sell products, but also to understand what the customer needed and recommend the most appropriate technology solution. This helped me improve my ability to communicate, negotiate, identify problems, and create solutions based on each customer's needs. Currently, I work at Inpower, which is considered the largest technology company in downtown São Paulo, as a Technology Sales Consultant. My daily activities involve assisting customers, presenting technology products and solutions, answering questions, negotiating sales, and helping customers make the best purchasing decision. Overall, my professional experiences have helped me become a more adaptable, communicative, and customer-oriented professional.
