Profile Summary

Technical Support | Software Developer

Before backend development, I spent 1–2 years in technical and product support at BeTechified, an EdTech platform, helping users troubleshoot software issues and understand product features. That role taught me to listen closely, translate technical problems into plain language, and stay patient and clear under pressure — especially with frustrated or confused users. That background now shapes how I work as a developer: I think about the person on the other end of a bug report, document things clearly, and communicate proactively rather than going quiet. I bring both technical skill and genuine patience to every client I work with.
