Hi, I’m Juliet. I help businesses win customers and keep them and I’ve spent 6+ years doing exactly that across e-commerce, brand activations, and my own company. I started out in project management (I hold a BSc from JKUAT) and learned early that the best results come from a clear plan combined with real attention to people. My early internship in project management at Kenyatta National Hospital gave me a grounding in structure and deadlines that I still lean on. At YDX Agency, I supervised Procter & Gamble brand activations and helped lift sales by 40%. At Karoo Trading Services, I built an affiliate program, recruiting affiliates and managing commissions for around 20 active partners and it lifted sales from 50% to 80%. As Head of Sales & Marketing at Muundo Kenya, a direct-to-consumer e-commerce business, I led marketing and a customer support team of up to 15 people and we grew revenue by 80%. That role taught me that marketing and customer experience are really one job: the customers you attract only matter if the experience makes them stay and come back. I founded TheeCozyNest Interiors Kenya, a full-service interior design firm built from scratch in Nairobi. I don’t come from an entrepreneurial family, so I learned everything hands-on: finding clients, pricing work, leading a 10-person team and keeping relationships strong long after a project ends. Our residential and commercial clients rely on clear communication and trust and that’s the standard I bring to every relationship. One of our client relationships grew into a mid-to-high five-figure engagement, which is the kind of result I care about most. My work has earned three industry awards and a place as a Top 30 Under 30 Africa runner-up. On a remote team, you’ll get someone organized, warm and clear in communication, who takes ownership and follows through. I work well independently, I communicate early when something changes and I care about getting the details right. I’m strongest in affiliate and growth marketing, client relationships and leading support teams. I pick up new platforms quickly.
