I am a Senior High School graduate from St. Scholastica's College - Westgrove under the strand Accountancy, Business, and Management or ABM. Through the course of my study of the said field, I was able to gain and widen my knowledge on the world of business and management processes. Also, I currently acquire basic accounting skills which can be helpful and be of use in my career in the human resource field. During my last year in SHS, I worked in CREOTEC Philippines Inc. as an immersion learner and with this experience, I got to hone more of my skills and knowledge in the professional world. I worked under the Employee Relations Department wherein I got to do a lot of employee handling-related tasks. I made memorandums regarding rules and regulations for discipline and behavior as well as announcements and updates regarding upcoming activities. I also planned and organized an activity for all of the employees of different departments to participate in. It is a team building activity in order to promote synergy and teamwork to all departments and thus may induce further productivity. Also, using my technological competence, I compiled video testimonials of other employees. I also prepared the Employee Monitoring Board which focuses on employee absence, compliance, and illness. Our department is also in charge of leading and handling general meetings as well as filing notices to employees with improper behavior called ENTE or Employee Notice To Explain. Such roles assigned within our department gave me the opportunity to hone my skills in the world of employment and work.
