General Administrative Support. Travel & Entertainment (T&E): Coordination of business travels. This includes booking airfare, hotel accomodations and ground transfers, ensuring arrangements align with company travel policies. Expense Management, ensure all claims include valid supporting documents (Official Receipts invoices) and comply with internal audit standards Corporate Credit Card Management: Oversee card issuance, limit monitoring and support usage compliance. Track and maintain events forms and administrative logs to ensure departmental requests are processed and filed systematically. Support logistics of companywide event. Facilitate tge administrative processing of GSD requests, ensuring all contributions are documented, approved, and tracked. Account receivables management. Perform regular audits of customer accounts to identify discrepancies and support resolution of payment issues. Act as bridge between internal departments and external vendors to reconcile outstanding invoices and resolve disputes. Serve as the primary contact for inquiries across phone, email, fax, web-form, and chat- clarifying needs, resolving issues using enabling technology, fully documenting complex transactions or client-service issues as necessary. Take ownership of assigned tasks and initiatives and promote self-service.
