Quality Analyst

I worked in the BPO industry for 8 years. Worked in various positions and I’d like to focus on my career highlights. It was when I got promoted to Performance Analyst. My day-to-day task was to monitor the team’s performance and conduct coaching sessions to provide feedback and redirect teammates to their main opportunities. I guide them in creating SMART action plans to help them achieve the client’s target. Other than that I supported one of the largest money processors in the U.S. and was part of our debit card team. Throughout my career experience, I have acquired skills in reading and analyzing transactions to ensure that customers can track and manage their expenses. I have also gained knowledge of claims investigation and adjudication. I also became part of our identification and security team, and what we do was monitor account activities, and conduct risks assessment to mitigate fraud. These skills I shared are only a few of my experiences and showcased that I’m flexible and can easily adapt to changes.
