Good day! As I read the qualifications needed on this job posting, I am so excited to impart my knowledge and skills that would be useful towards business success. I am a bachelor graduate in tourism management and associate in business management where I have developed my secretarial skills and office management skills. I have experienced in administrative roles like handling emails, google drive where all data saved as back up file and reference. I used to prepare employees payroll using Ms excel and made KPI report using PowerPoint. I used to work as credit staff where I was responsible to monitor and follow up due payments from clients and made invoices. My supervisor experienced taught me a lot about being patience and goal oriented in every project I took. I am very technical savvy and familiar with social media platforms including google meet, scheduling meeting in google meet. I had just started my journey in learning bookkeeping self-study and got a QuickBooks and Xero certification. I able to learn setting up business profile, reconciling, exporting and importing files from the app to excel files, made invoices and so on. I am hoping that someone will consider me as first timer needs more guidance but willing to be trained and will do my very best to perform excellent at work.
