My career started in the garment industry, where I learned the importance of discipline, teamwork, and meeting deadlines. I then moved into the BPO industry, working with Teleperformance and TeleTech, where I gained experience handling customer concerns, communicating professionally, and delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment. After that, I joined MMG Lucban Hospital, where I worked in a healthcare setting supporting patients and coordinating with medical staff. That experience strengthened my attention to detail, empathy, confidentiality, and ability to stay calm under pressure. Working in both healthcare and customer service has helped me develop strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset. Right now, I'm focused on transitioning into a Virtual Assistant role where I can apply everything I've learned while continuing to grow professionally. I'm excited to work with a team that values reliability, initiative, and excellent client service. A few years from now, I see myself as an experienced and trusted Virtual Assistant who has built long-term relationships with clients, taken on greater responsibilities, and continued developing new skills.
