Transaction Coordination; I deal with transactions and contracts, and I also communicate with some agents who work with the transactions. Align with that, and I also edit contracts in Docusign and Authentisign and send them to the agents, buyers, and sellers. I am proficient with Microsoft Offices and G-suites like Word or Docs, Excel, and PowerPoint presentations. I also do MLS and CRM management, email management, calendar management / schedule appointments, website management, skip tracing, data entry, phone support, lead generation, and sort of cold calling. Lastly, I do Administrative tasks, where my clients order me to do random stuff. Aside from that, I'm willing to learn and expand my skills more.
