I help coaches, consultants, and service businesses design automated backend systems that capture, nurture, and convert leads more efficiently. My work focuses on building structured revenue infrastructure, including: • CRM setup and pipeline architecture • lead capture and follow-up automation • funnel and booking system implementation • email nurture sequences • database organization and segmentation The goal is simple: create a system where leads are handled consistently — without relying on manual work or additional operational overhead. Before implementing any system, I conduct a structured Revenue Systems Audit to identify gaps in lead capture, automation, and conversion flow. Alongside my consulting work, I currently serve as Head of Public Affairs at the Department of Environment and Natural Resources in the Philippines, where I lead communication strategies and digital engagement initiatives.
