This role bridges the gap between field-based community health/safety operations and back-office digital coordination. The ideal candidate will use their technical savvy, bilingual communication skills, and emergency response training to safely manage projects from conception to completion. Key Responsibilities * Project Coordination & Data Management: Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and deliverables. Apply data and statistical literacy to analyze project outcomes and manage basic program budgets. * Digital & AI Integration: Implement basic AI applications and computer packages to automate workflows, manage virtual administrative tasks, and improve team productivity. * Multimedia & Communications: Capture, edit, and produce high-quality photography and videography content to document project milestones and support public relations. * Community Engagement & Training: Deliver public presentations and facilitate workshops in both English and Swahili. Lead educational initiatives on community health themes, including menstrual hygiene and management. * Safety & Crisis Management: Act as the designated safety officer during community outreach and field deployments. Provide emergency first aid, CPR, or AED support if required, and manage crisis communication during unexpected events.
